Corn a la Nikki

My friend Nikki invited me over for Easter dinner, and she prepared this delicious corn dish which she said her Haitian aunt often cooks.

What You'll Need

Butter
Milk
Flour
Corn
Parmesan

What You'll Do

Melt butter, add milk and flour.
Stir until thick.
Add corn.
Top with parmesan.
