I've mentioned my fondness for Addison's in Columbia, and I just had to put a picture that I recently found of my favorite dish there, their Baked Tortellini.
According to their menu, it's "Sautéed artichokes, romas, scallions, and mushrooms, tossed with ricotta-stuffed tortellini in a pesto cream sauce. Topped with mozzarella & cheddar cheeses and baked to a golden brown."
I think that description is not misleading, and that the dish tastes as good as it sounds (reads?). I really miss Addison's, not just because of their food, but also because it was a common place for us grad students to hang out and get drunk (particularly during happy hour).

I wish you a good end of 2007 and a good year of 2008.
In the last few months, you may remember receiving an email invitation to become a part of the Foodbuzz Featured Publisher Program. With all the recipe-writing and food photography to be completed, we know emails can easily get lost in the shuffle, so Foodbuzz would like to re-extend our offer of inviting you to be a part of our food blogger network. I would love to send you more details about the program, so if you are interested, please email me at Shannon@foodbuzz.com.
Cheers!
