Baked Mac Uno style

I had lunch at Uno today, and I ordered their Baked Macaroni and Gouda. It was a bit soupy, and I would have preferred it to be much drier, but I enjoyed it all the same. I love mac and cheese and this was the adult version of a childhood favorite. Hurray for cheese and pasta!
